About Elovra
Elovra is a small, independent online shop for everyday pet care. It is run by one person from Prague in the Czech Republic, and it ships to customers across the United States.
Why we exist
Most pet gadgets are either overpriced or badly made. We pick a handful of simple, useful things - the kind you actually reach for every week - test the descriptions against what the product really does, and keep the range small on purpose. If something does not work as promised, it does not stay in the shop.
How we work
We are not a warehouse and we are not pretending to be a big brand. Our products are made by manufacturing partners in Asia and sent to you from our fulfilment partners, which keeps prices down and means delivery normally takes 6 to 15 business days after your order is confirmed. We tell you that upfront instead of promising two-day shipping we cannot deliver.
Our promise
Every order is confirmed by a person before it ships. You have 30 days after delivery to ask for your money back, and in most cases you do not even have to send the item back - posting it across the world costs more than the product. If something goes wrong, one email is enough.
