We currently sell and ship to customers in the United States only. Prices are in US dollars.
Product information
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photos are for illustration - colour, shade, packaging and small design details can differ from the picture, and measurements may vary slightly. Accessories shown in a photo are not included unless the description says so.
No veterinary or medical advice
Our products are ordinary household pet accessories. They are not medical or veterinary devices and they do not diagnose, treat or cure anything. Nothing on this website is veterinary, medical or professional advice. Always ask your vet about your pet health, and stop using a product if your pet shows discomfort or skin irritation.
Safe use
Keep our products away from babies and small children, do not let pets chew or swallow parts of them, and supervise your pet while a product is in use.
Prices and errors
Typing errors, technical glitches and wrong prices happen. If a clear mistake appears in a price or product description, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full. We will always tell you by email before doing so.
Reviews
Customer reviews shown on our product pages come from real customers through our reviews app. We do not pay for reviews and we do not delete a review because it is critical.
