1. Who we are

2. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of elovrashop.com and to every order you place with us. By placing an order you confirm that you accept these terms. Our Shipping Policy, Refund and Return Policy and Privacy Policy are part of these terms.

3. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to order from this store. You confirm that the information you give us at checkout is accurate and complete.

4. Products, prices and availability

All prices are shown in US dollars and include no hidden fees. Shipping is added at checkout if it applies. Product photos and descriptions are as accurate as we can make them, but small differences in colour, packaging or appearance are possible. We may change prices, product descriptions or the range we offer at any time, and we may limit quantities per customer. Stock is limited and can sell out.

5. How an order is made and accepted

An order you place is a request to buy. The contract between us is only formed when we confirm your order by email and dispatch it. We may decline or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, if the price or description contained an error, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if we suspect fraud or misuse. If we decline or cancel an order after you have paid, we refund every amount you paid in full and without delay. We never keep money for an order we do not ship.

6. Payment

You can pay using the payment methods shown at checkout. Your order is only processed once payment has been received or confirmed. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may cancel the order.

7. Shipping and delivery

We ship within the United States only. Shipping is free on orders of 44.00 USD and more, and 3.99 USD for orders below that amount. Orders are confirmed within 1 to 2 business days and delivery normally takes 6 to 15 business days after dispatch. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

8. Cancellation, returns and refunds

You can cancel free of charge any time before your order ships. After delivery you have 30 days to ask for a full refund, and you do not need to send the product back. Full details are in our Refund and Return Policy.

9. Using our products safely

Our products are pet care accessories for normal household use. They are not toys, not medical or veterinary devices and they do not treat, diagnose or cure any condition. Use them as described, keep them away from small children and never leave a pet unattended with a product. Stop using a product and speak to your vet if your pet shows any sign of discomfort, skin irritation or an allergic reaction. Nothing on this site is veterinary advice.

10. Reviews and content you submit

If you post a review, photo or comment, you confirm it is your own honest experience and does not break anyone else rights or any law. You allow us to display it in connection with our store. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive, misleading or spam. We do not pay for reviews and we do not delete reviews just because they are negative.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this store for anything unlawful, not to place fraudulent orders, not to interfere with the site or its security, and not to copy or scrape our content for a competing service.

12. Our content

The Elovra name, our texts, layout and images are protected and belong to us or to our licensors. You may not reuse them commercially without our written permission. Brand names of third parties that appear on the site belong to their owners.

13. Links and third-party services

Our store runs on Shopify and uses third-party services for payments, shipping and reviews. We are not responsible for the content of external websites we link to.

14. What we promise, and what we cannot promise

We do everything we can to keep the store, the product information and the delivery estimates accurate and available, but we cannot promise the site will always be error free or uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms takes away any warranty or legal right you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.

15. Limit of our liability

Except where the law does not allow it to be limited, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit or lost time. We are of course fully liable for damage caused by our own gross negligence or intent, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and for any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

16. Privacy

We only use your personal data to process your order and to answer your questions. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the moment you place your order is the version that applies to that order.

18. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, where we are based. This does not affect the mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of the country or state where you live. If something goes wrong, please email us first - almost everything can be solved quickly and directly.

19. If part of these terms does not apply

If any part of these terms turns out to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
